Very efficient and great value for money. Got my MOT sorted through and appreciated the thorough inspection with checking tyres and marks prior to me leaving.

Shane was brilliant. Listened, made time, offered great advice and delivered an excellent service, valeting and doing some minors repairs in my car before handing back to leasing company. Even did some last minute changes for me with no bother. Really impressed. Trustworthy.

An excellent experience. Western Automotive did everything they could to fit my car in for an MOT with very little notice. All staff were incredibly friendly. I was taken through the advisories in detail and costings were given for different branded parts. The quotes given included labour and seemed very reasonable compared to other garages. Really friendly and professional service. Will be back!

I have never had such outstanding service from a company I fully recommend to anyone. I landed back from a duty at work yesterday to a flat tyre and had an 1 hour journey to drive home, I managed to drive it down to the petrol garage next to this automotive centre on the airport road, I called and explained the situation asked if they had a tyre they told me they couldn’t get one until the morning but were happy to order it in. Knowing my situation they gave me their courtesy car for the night to ensure I had a way of getting home. Thank you Steve for looking after me, I’ll be sharing this experience with the crew at Bristol.

Booked in for a Service, diverter valve change and new rear tyres, all staff were very friendly and knowledgable and communicated the process throughout on the phone when asked. All work was done perfectly and quickly. Price of all work was amazing as well 🙂 10/10 no complaints, 6 mins from airport and even kept the garage open after closing as my flight got delayed.

I recently purchased a Jaguar XJL Portfolio from Shane.
Very happy with service provided as I live miles away from Bristol; so I had plenty of detailed Whats App messages with pictures and videos to assure me it was worthwhile making the trip. On the day Shane gave me plenty of time to look over the car, double the paperwork, work out a few of the features together (buttons:)) and then happy to say i drove the car home. Highly recommend.

Recent purchasd izuzu dmax . Bought last week, delivered in person within days . As I couldn’t work without a truck . Service has been quick and attentive . Just waiting on a rear leather head rear that was missed and Shane held his hands up to straight away and is sorting for me . Very pleased . Shes a beast . 🫡

We collected a Citroën C4 on Friday. Tha car was for my son and partner. The whole process from viewing the car to collecting was very smooth. Shane and his office staff were so friendly and efficient. No pressure selling. Shane spent time explaining the controls to my son when we collected. The car was beautifully valletted. The showroom was immaculate and well stocked. We have no hesitation in recommding Western Automotive and would definitely purchase from this dealer in the future.

So I found this garage via whocanfixmycar.
They quoted to check over my car and I accepted as I wanted to steer clear from big chains (personal experiences) from the acceptance, I was politely emailed stating they would be in touch.
The first phone call from Shane, showed his knowledge in cars explained what could be and how he would approach the problem, then I booked a date and time. On arrival I was greeted by staff who were polite and accommodating which was nice. Throughout the day whilst my car was in Shane, regularly checked in with me on the diagnostic and the fixes and supplied me with various options (which is nice to know should I have other thoughts about the fixing) and if couldn’t be resolved within the day again gave me options such as courtesy car. On arrival back to pick my car up again staff were accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely use this garage again and recommend to those who ask for sure.

Very impressed with Shane and his team’s work. They were able to pick up my car the day after contact was made, fix it and return it that day after it has an issue with it’s engine warning light and a thermostat. Kept up to date throughout I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Angie worked with my finance company to ensure a swift sales process and the car was not released to me until they were sure that any little issues had been resolved. Visited the garage on a whim, not thinking they would have what I wanted and I came away with a fantastic little car which I love.

Shane was really friendly and helpful, not at all pushy. He wasn’t trying to sell the car, he let the car sell itself. I was impressed with how transparent he was about the condition and history of the car, and how helpful and patient he was with my endless questions! He even helped me get the bluetooth synced up with my phone and the car. He was a pleasure to deal with and really genuine.

He had the car serviced and MOT’d in advance and dealt with a minor issue that came up on the MOT swiftly and painlessly.
